We hold our quarterly meetings in person at local Coastside venues. Our quarterly meeting dates are early March, June, September and December. We notify our membership of exact date, time and location as we get closer.

Meetings typically last 60-90 minutes and include three 10-minute presentations from three nominated nonprofit organizations. There is time for Q&A after each presentation.

Following the meeting, voting will then be announced as open to the membership via the Grapevine platform.

In order to receive the collective gift, organizations must:

• Be based on and serve the Coastside, between Montara and Pescadero
• Be registered as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization
• Be available to provide a 10 minute presentation about their work to 100+WWCC membership at our quarterly meeting if nominated

To be part of our giving pool, members can nominate local nonprofits.  Prior to each meeting, the steering committee will draw three non-profits randomly.  The three nonprofits drawn will then present at the quarterly meeting.

At each meeting, 3 local nonprofits present for 10 minutes, answer questions, and provide the membership the opportunity to learn about the work they are doing in our community.

Following the meeting, membership votes on which organization will receive the collective gift. Once the votes are tallied, the members’ donations will be distributed to the selected charitable organizations via Grapevine, our partner platform.

Absolutely! The more women who gather together, the greater the impact! Your friend will not be allowed to vote as a visitor, but we hope she’ll decide to join the group after the opportunity to see the power of collective giving at work!

Never. 100% of your gift goes directly to the designated nonprofit organization selected by the membership at each meeting.

Members do have the opportunity to voluntarily support Grapevine by contributing an additional amount at their discretion when they register.

Nonprofits must be nominated by a member in order to be considered for our quarterly donations.

You will select the non-profit through our online platform, Grapevine. Following each quarterly meeting, members will be notified from Grapevine via email that the poll has been created and is ready for voting.

Life happens! There will be opportunity to cast your vote up to 72 hours after the meeting.

You will also receive emails throughout the year such as: a reminder before each meeting, a recap after each meeting, and any updates we have to share with the membership.
